Nicole feels

I finally found a "before" pic from last summer when I was probably 25 lbs or more above where I am now. I cannot believe it is me.

I've placed it side by side with a picture Rob took of me last night. Big difference if you ask me!

Another note: For the first time in I don't know how long, I jogged a full mile today - 5 mph without stopping. I am really proud of myself for reaching this goal.
