Mondays are just plain nuts in the world of staffing.

At 5 PM we received a call for four associates for a 4-day assignment. Starting tomorrow. BossMan started shooting names in my general direction.

I looked one gal up and read her history before calling.

"This one seems to have a bit of an attitude."

"She has the experience."

"So, we don't care about their attitude as long as they have experience."

BossMan thought that was hysterically funny for some reason. He repeated my comment several times, chuckling and saying, "I like that. That's funny!"

Ah, the world of human resources.
